WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

This class is a 45-minute, full-body cycling workout. We move to the music and layer in choreography all while riding to epic playlists. Our incredible seasoned instructors will guide you through a journey with climbs, sprints, weights, and best of all, a moment to escape reality.

Strength classes will focus on improving muscular strength through a variety of movements and exercises. This type of training is critical for improving joint function and bone density, helping to prevent injury, and ultimately, enhancing our overall quality of life! Like a fine wine...we will get better with time! Don't forget - the Home team can always provide any modifications or different options for you due to injury or other limitations.

This class is a full-body mat-based strength class rooted in music. With minimal weights and by focusing on body weight, the experience will challenge not only your heart but your soul. Connection and foundation are what this class is built on.
